Rate: TBC (Competitive PAYE rates)

About the Role - Site Supervisor Jobs Manchester
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations on site. Responsibilities include:
* Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
* Managing site safety, quality, and productivity
* Ensuring works are completed to design and specification
* Supporting the Site Manager in planning and progress reporting
* Maintaining high safety standards and compliance with regulations
This role is ideal for a proven Site Supervisor seeking a long-term, high-profile project within the civil engineering and highways sector.
✅ Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
* Strong background supervising civil engineering or infrastructure works
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to lead and motivate site teams
