Configure and customise Dynamics 365 within agreed standards and guardrails. Define requirements that minimise ambiguity and enable right-first-time delivery. Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are clear, scalable, and aligned. Contribute to integration and data-related requirements where relevant. Support customer, sales, and servicing journeys. Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance expectations. Operate across both cloud and on-prem environments. Essential Skills Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (non-F&O). Proven ability to translate requirements into detailed, build-ready designs. experience across customer, sales, or servicing journeys. Comfortable working at a detailed level with developers. Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams. experience in regulated environments (e.g. financial services, pensions, investments). Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in Dynamics development. Understanding of integration patterns and dependencies. experience with Customer Insights or sales enablement tooling.
