We are recruiting for a Legal PA to work on a permanent, full-time basis at one of our brilliant City law firms we are partnered with. The role will be working within the strong, growing Family team.
You will be working Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 and they offer great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are based near Holborn and are paying a competitive salary plus benefits!
Duties include:
* Open new clients and matters.
* Invoicing, disbursements, and billing.
* Audio typing and drafting correspondence.
* House styling of documents.
* Inbox, diary, and travel management.
* General secretarial tasks and administration.
Skills required:
* Previous PA experience in a law firm and strong family experience desirable.
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time keeping skills.
* Ability to provide exceptional client care.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Typing speed of 65WPM.
* Strong document skills.
