Our client, one of the worlds biggest and best trade banks, is looking for a Banking and Finance Lawyer to join their team!. This is the perfect opportunity for a 3-6 Year PQE transactional banking lawyer to gain exposure in a new and exciting opportunity.
Role Responsibilities:
* Reviewing finance documentation to assess security and collateral coverage.
* Applying credit risk policies to documentary review tasks.
* Managing workflow from business and interaction with external counsel.
* Working with the business to manage incoming workflow and coordinating with external counsel.
* Knowledge and experience of working with LMA facility documents and typical English law guarantee documents
* Optionally, reviewing US financing documents.
Key Information:
* Experience: 3-6 years in a banking team in Private Practice.
* Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least 50% of the time spent in the Canary Wharf office.
* Location: London (Canary Wharf).
* Duration: September - December 2025
* Ideal: Some experience with US financing documents is a plus, but not essential.
