The role
- Lead and manage a team of five staff
- 2x CAD Technicians
- 3x Data Systems Officers.
- Manage asset data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and eliminate duplication.
- Develop and coordinate programmes of work using asset data and business priorities.
- Review and improve asset management systems, processes and data quality.
- Drive improvements in how asset data is collected, managed and used to support service delivery.
- Review existing systems and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
- Develop and refine KPI reporting to accurately reflect operational performance.
- Improve accessibility and usability of asset data across the organisation.
- Support procurement and tendering activities relating to asset management systems and services.
- Work with stakeholders to embed best practice in asset data management and continuous improvement.
- Ensure asset management systems meet business needs and support informed decision-making.
