Interim Legal Counsel – Commercial Law (3-Month Contract)
An iGaming company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their global legal team on a 3-month interim basis.
They provide content and technology solutions to the iGaming industry. Offering high-performing, data-driven and passionately crafted casino gaming titles from in-house brands.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting and negotiating a broad range of B2B commercial contracts – including SaaS, software/IP licensing, content supply, professional services, and data protection agreements
* Supporting business growth by streamlining workflows, building templates, and advising on risk
* Monitoring legal/regulatory developments in gaming and tech, and keeping the business ahead of the curve
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams – product, compliance, commercial – to align legal with strategy
* Bringing clarity, commerciality, and pace to everything you touch
Requirements:
* 5+ years’ PQE in commercial/media/IP law (private practice or in-house – ideally iGaming, tech, digital media or entertainment)
* Strong experience managing legal risk and complex commercial contracts
* Confident communicator with solid drafting skills and a pragmatic approach
* A team player who can mentor juniors and work cross-functionally
