As our Operations Support Assistant, you’ll be the engine behind our operational and business development functions. From managing vital referral communications and trackers to supporting onboarding, meetings, and data accuracy, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track — and improving how we do it.
You’ll work with passionate colleagues across services and departments to help deliver high-quality support to people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage referral portals, BD and Ops inboxes
* Maintain accurate trackers, service descriptors, and vacancy lists
* Coordinate internal meetings, rotas, and support documentation
* Assist with onboarding new starters, ID badges, and compliance tasks
* Upload, file, archive and support the upkeep of internal systems
* Communicate with commissioners, social workers, and care teams
* Provide day-to-day support with data entry, scheduling, IT tickets, and minute-taking
* Contribute to cyclical tasks like KPI reporting, H&S checks, and training support
What We’re Looking For
* A confident, detail-focused administrator with strong organisation skills
* Comfortable juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with a proactive mindset
* Previous admin experience (ideally in care, health, or business operations)
* Tech-savvy: confident using spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based systems
* Familiarity with social care environments and referral processes is a plus
