We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team and support secondary schools across North Manchester, Oldham, and Rochdale. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support students throughout the school day.

* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Ensure students remain engaged and on task during lessons.
* Maintain a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment.
* Respond to student questions and support their understanding of the work.

Requirements:
* A degree in any subject is required.
* Experience working with young people, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining discipline.
