Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of S/4HANA Practice to lead and establish EX3’s global S/4HANA Practice. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building our global SAP S/4 Finance practice from the ground up, as well as expanding into SAPs Industry Solution Business Network (ISBN) product lines, including Concur and Fieldglass.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of delivery excellence, commercial acumen, and practice-building experience. This person will set the vision, drive the go-to-market strategy, support business development, lead delivery teams, and build talent globally. You’ll work closely with the EX3 executive team to build a high-performing, scalable, and innovative practice aligned to our global growth strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Practice Leadership
* Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the global S/4HANA and ISBN practices
* Establish delivery frameworks and standard methodologies for S/4 Finance and associated modules
* Expand service offerings to include SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, and other ISBN solutions
* Work with EX3 leadership to position S/4 as a core strategic pillar in the organisation
Practice Build-out & Talent
* Build and scale a global team of consultants, architects, and functional specialists
* Own headcount planning, resource allocation, hiring, and skills development
* Develop training programmes and enablement strategies to support talent growth and certification
Sales Enablement & GTM
* Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline development and support pre-sales efforts
* Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and solution design
* Serve as a trusted advisor in key customer engagements and industry events
Delivery & Operations
* Ensure delivery excellence across all projects within the S/4HANA and ISBN portfolio
* Define KPIs and success metrics for project delivery, utilisation, and customer satisfaction
* Maintain oversight of complex implementations, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality standards
Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
* Act as the key liaison with SAP for all S/4HANA and ISBN-related alliances
* Stay informed on product roadmaps, innovations, and industry trends
* Identify strategic opportunities to co-innovate and co-sell with SAP
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
* 10+ years in SAP consulting with deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance
* Demonstrated success in leading or building a practice across multiple regions
* Experience with ISBN products like Concur and Fieldglass is highly preferred
* Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies (Activate, Agile)
* Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions
* Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
* Strong commercial mindset and understanding of P&L and service line profitability
