Permanent Full Time 40 hoursWere looking for a proactive and detail - focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of refurbishment and planned maintenance projects. In this hands - on role, youll be involved in managing project costs from award through to final account, helping ensure works are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within budget.Youll assist with valuations, variations, re - measurement, and subcontractor administration, while contributing to cost reporting and maintaining accurate contract records. Working closely with clients and supply chain partners, youll help build strong relationships that support successful project outcomes across live refurbishment environments.This role suits someone with a genuine interest in refurbishment, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
