Key Responsibilities:
As a Pastry Chef, this role will involve:
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen
Preparing and presenting high-end English desserts and pastry items
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Supporting senior chefs and contributing to menu development
Ensuring consistency and quality across all pastry dishes

Some previous pastry experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level or similar
