With a total of 18 incredible venues throughout the UK, we have ambitious plans and are never standing still, always looking for ways to innovate and improve. We’re excited to be on the hunt for a Digital Product Designer to join our in-house team and make a real impact.
The Job
As a Digital Product Designer for the Loyalty Squad you will have ownership of the guest experience and visual design. You will create a seamless guest membership that boosts engagement and drives repeat visits. The ultimate goal is for you to create products people love through design by continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Designing and deliver the end-to-end product experience for My Flight Club / My Shuffle Club members.
* Building and maintain a design system of visual, reusable components and patterns that will allow the team to release high quality work efficiently and consistently
* Creating, owning and managing the product Design Principles, Guidelines and Design System.
* Leading and overseeing the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
* Providing implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality.
* Leading and evolving design practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and quality in delivery.
* Presenting designs, prototypes and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll:
* Have solid digital design experience. a plus if in entertainment and hospitality industries, but if not, we would still like to meet you.
* Be customer obsession with demonstrative experience of behavioural and digital research methods and clear articulation of learnings and results.
* Have visual design experience with expertise in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.
* Be an effective collaborator working in cross-functional teams to combine resources to achieve company-wide goals.
* Have experience building, releasing and maintaining design systems that are broad in scope and span multiple platforms.
* Demonstrate influence business-wide through effective communication, data proof points and successful persuasion to get impact and the best results.
* Demonstrate innovative end-to-end thinking through customer advocacy to generate new ideas that meet customer needs.
* Demonstrate technical depth and problem-solving through engineering methods and processes with the desire for continuous learning.
* Have a data-driven approach, confidently able to present research and methods.
* Have experienced with several Design Thinking frameworks with demonstrated success of helping product discovery, design, release and iterate.
* Use appropriate prototyping tools such as Figma to demonstrate how a particular component, pattern or interaction will work.
* Have working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
