Key Responsibilities: People & Culture: Creating a warm and welcoming environment for candidates and new joiners, helping them feel part of the team from day one. Overseeing the on-boarding logistics, including provisioning equipment, setting up system access, and coordinating benefits enrolment. Supporting the off-boarding journey, ensuring smooth transitions when team members move on. Serving as the go-to contact for everyday HR-related questions, offering guidance and support across the business. Helping organise team-building activities, well-being programmes, and social events to foster engagement and connection. Playing an active role in shaping our culture, bringing enthusiasm and a people-first approach to everything you do. Talent: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and crafting compelling, inclusive job descriptions that attract the right talent. Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and ensuring accurate documentation held at all points. What makes you great for this role Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without losing track. An excellent communicator, naturally skilled at building rapport and finding solutions through conversation. Approachable and discreet, with sound judgment and a strong sense of confidentiality. Culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm and positivity to initiatives that make Advancing a more vibrant and inclusive workplace Hands-on experience with employer branding, particularly through platforms like LinkedIn.
