At Accredit Solutions, we're transforming our enterprise accreditation platform into a modern, API-first product ecosystem. As we expand our products, integrations, and global client base, we're looking for a Product Owner (API) to join our growing Product Team in London.

The Role
As Product Owner (API), you'll sit at the intersection of product, technology, operations, and customer needs.
You'll be responsible for turning business requirements, client needs, and technical challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation. A major focus of the role will be helping define and deliver scalable APIs, integrations, and system-to-system workflows that support a wide range of customers and use cases.
Working closely with Product, Development, QA, Client Services, and customer-facing teams, you'll help drive product improvements from discovery through to release and ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Own product requirements from discovery through delivery and post-release review
Translate business and integration requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage and refine product backlog items to ensure development readiness
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the product lifecycle
Define and document API requirements, data flows, integration logic, and system behaviours
Support testing, UAT, release planning, documentation, and product adoption
Create workflows, process maps, diagrams, and supporting product documentation
Gather user and stakeholder feedback to shape future roadmap priorities
