Job Responsibilities:
1. Produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control CNC Machine; maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
2. Run a 3 Axis CNC Machine with vacuum lifts.
3. Read and interpret blueprints.
4. Fabricate parts and assemble high quality, premium, wooden stile and rail doors.
5. Operate cutting, sanding, gluing and press tools.
6. Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance; implement routine maintenance checklist.
7. Perform basic troubleshooting when machine malfunctions.
Job Requirements:
1. Previous experience running a 3 Axis Machine with Vacuum Lifts.
2. Ability to read blueprints.
3. Grade 12 and/or relevant diploma.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Shift: Day Shift – 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Rate of pay: $22.50 – $24.00/hr
