We are currently looking to fill an exciting role as a Sous Chef at Carnoustie Golf Links, as part of the Rookery Restaurant at our prestigious golf course.
Position Details
This is a permanent position where the successful applicant will work an average of 46 hours a week (on annualised hours). Evening and weekend work will be expected throughout your employment. Reduced working hours will be in place during the winter months, including Christmas Day and New Year's Day off.

4. Good business acumen and ensuring best practice
5. Flair and passion for the craft
6. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate
7. Understanding of food costs and profit margins
8. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
9. Ability to perform under pressure
10. Guide and develop junior team members
Qualifications:
1. NVQ/SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery
2. Significant trade experience and on-the-job learning
