About the Opportunity
I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a leading Single Family Housing operator on this exceptional Operations Manager/Director opportunity based in Manchester. This is a rare chance to lead a Central Operations team for an established and rapidly growing organisation in the SFH sector.
The Role
My client is seeking a dynamic operations leader to head up their Central Operations in Manchester. You'll be responsible for leading and developing core teams that are fundamental to their business success:
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams across operational functions
* Drive operational excellence and service delivery standards
* Implement scalable processes and systems to support business growth
* Manage departmental P&L and operational KPIs
* Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and expansion
* Optimize team performance through coaching and development programs
