Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking skilled RMNs to join our team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care within our [hospital/service/units] based in Birmingham.
About the Role: As an RMN, you will:
* Provide safe, effective, and recovery-focused nursing care
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support service users’ mental health and wellbeing
* Administer medication, monitor mental and physical health, and contribute to care planning
* Advocate for patients and promote independence, dignity, and respect
* Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of clinical practice
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration (essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, proactive attitude with a focus on quality and safety
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and on your own initiative
* Experience in mental health settings is desirable but not essential
