This role is home based with fortnightly travel to our offices in Monkspath, near Solihull in the West Midlands. Product Owner
and play a key role in shaping and delivering our Application Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and Agile teams to drive product vision from concept to launch.
You’ll collaborate across the organisation to translate business needs into actionable Agile workstreams, ensuring successful delivery across the full product lifecycle.
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Provide clear direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders
Manage the full product lifecycle — from user stories through UAT and sign-off
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and sprint impediments
Champion Agile/Scrum best practices
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and principles
