Behaviour Mentor – Primary School (Harlow) | Immediate Start | Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Harlow. This is a full-time, immediate start role supporting a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing both academic and emotional support throughout the school day.

The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
* Work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN, supporting their learning and development
* Help manage and positively influence behaviour in and out of the classroom
* Build a strong, trusting relationship to support emotional regulation
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
* Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive individual
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar preferred)
* Strong behaviour management skills or a willingness to learn
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Graduates or aspiring teachers/psychologists are highly encouraged to apply

Pay & Benefits
* £90 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
* Fortnightly pay – reliable and consistent
