The Job:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will promote and sell innovative diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals across community and secondary care settings. You will work closely with NHS and private healthcare providers, building long-term relationships and understanding their point of care needs.
* This role involves engaging with key stakeholders, including procurement teams, integrated care, hospital lab teams, and clinicians, including HCPs across maternity, diabetes, and virtual wards.
* You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Your daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical support, and providing comprehensive product training to healthcare professionals.
* You will manage your own schedule, balancing field visits, client meetings, and remote work.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within diagnostics or related healthcare fields.
* Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
* Confident in delivering presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
The Package:
* £40,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience)
* Company car
* 26 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a Christmas shutdown.
