Job Description
3. Provide second-line IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
4. Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
5. Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.
6. Manage user accounts and permissions to ensure system security.
7. Collaborate with the Technology department to implement system upgrades and improvements.
8. Document IT procedures and provide training to end-users as required.
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
10. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Support Engineer should have:
11. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Server/Azure Platform, including Active Directory.
13. Competence in Microsoft 365 Suite, covering Defender and conditional access.
14. Experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.
15. Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
16. An analytical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
17. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
18. A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
