About the Role
As a Curriculum Manager, you will drive the development and delivery of outstanding, industry-relevant programmes in our Hospitality and Culinary Arts curriculum. You will lead line management of teaching and support staff, design learner-focused curriculum programmes, and ensure compliance with funding and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with Pearson / Edexcel standards.
* Manage and support a team of teaching and support staff, driving performance, accountability and professional development.
* Plan, design and assess curriculum programmes that meet learner needs and statutory requirements.
* Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention and progression.
* Manage budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective and high-impact programmes.
* Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections and quality reviews.
Qualifications
* Proven success in leading teams or departments within an educational setting.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance and student achievement.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication and people management skills.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
* Commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
* Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training, or willingness to obtain these.

You will join a high-performing leadership team, working closely with colleagues across CCC to deliver on our shared goals. The role will involve line management of staff, supporting their development and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
