A non-exhaustive list of the key role responsibilities is detailed below: To understand and support The Last Drop Village Hotels commitment to Customer Service within the job role. To create an inviting environment for both residents and non-residents Develop the image and reputation of The Drop Inn in regards to entertainment, menus and promotions Assist with the managing of the Drop Inn Kitchen, working with the Chef to check standards, stock and cleanliness Understand and achieve financial targets outlined in the Hotels budget To attend regular meetings and relay any information back to the Drop Inn team. To delegate jobs to team members thus ensuring a smooth service. To check uniform standards are upheld at all times. Ensure the smooth running of the Drop Inn, Bakehouse & outdoor areas of the Village You will be responsible for ensuring that the Drop Inn set up and close down is in accordance with established standards. To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed on a daily basis. Manage the schedules of the Drop Inn Team, following the procedures set within the hotel Deliver and review training ensuring that the team are fully capable of the job required You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards and to ensure that the staff are directed and assisted as appropriate. The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience. To undertake relevant training as directed by their line manager i.e. flow training Be aware and work to COSHH and HACCP. To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotels commitment to health and safety.
