HR Business Partner – UK Division
Home-based with UK-wide travel | ~240 employees across 10 businesses
The Role
We're a leading global solutions provider seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. You'll deliver HR services across multiple UK sites, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and acquisition integration.
What You'll Do
• Provide end-to-end HR support across the Division
• Manage recruitment, ER issues (including Tribunal representation), and performance systems
• Lead on talent management, succession planning, and acquisition harmonisation
• Present HR KPIs and partner with senior leadership
What You Need
✅ CIPD Membership + graduate qualification
✅ 5+ years' HR generalist experience in commercial, multi-site environments
✅ Strong ER experience up to Employment Tribunal level
✅ Experience harmonising terms post-acquisition
✅ Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel (occasional overnight stays)
Desirable: Postgraduate HR qualification, Health & Safety knowledge, wellbeing initiatives experience
