We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across our commercial project portfolio. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and engineering teams, contributing to the successful delivery of technically complex projects. Ideally, you will be Christchurch-based and available full time, however some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate. The Role As Project Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with company systems and processes. You will be the backbone of project administration, ensuring nothing is missed and processes are consistently followed. Key responsibilities include : - Supporting Project Managers with project documentation, reporting and administration - Assisting with project planning, scheduling and programme tracking - Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes - Managing document control, including drawings, variations and compliance records - Processing purchase orders, tracking costs and assisting with budget administration - Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams - Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance - Supporting project forecasting and financial reporting requirements - Maintaining accurate project records within company systems - Coordinating overseas suppliers and freight Candidate Profile We are seeking a highly organised and detail focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
