Nursery Assistant, Welwyn Garden City, Up to £ per hour
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Assistants to join our team in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, to support children’s learning and development in a caring and nurturing environment, utilising long-term childcare experience and expertise in early years education. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive, while assisting with daily routines, such as meal times and outdoor play, and working as part of a friendly and supportive team of nursery professionals in a vibrant and dynamic childcare setting, providing high-quality care and education to children in Welwyn Garden City.

Required Skills & Experience To succeed as a Nursery Assistant in our Welwyn Garden City nursery, you will need a genuine passion for working with children, a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to work effectively with parents, carers, and other nursery staff. While early years qualifications, such as NVQ or Cache, are desirable, they are not essential for this role, and we welcome applications from enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are eager to start their childcare career in Welwyn Garden City, including those with experience in nursery settings, schools, or other childcare environments, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
