Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading local food manufacturer based in the Lisburn area to recruit a Machine Operative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a hands-on, chilled production environment and are seeking long-term, stable employment.

Your new role:
As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced food production line. Duties will include:
7. Assisting with the preparation, production, and packaging of products
8. Operating a range of food manufacturing equipment including mixers, fillers and packers
9. Conducting product quality checks in line with company standards
10. Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness are maintained across all work areas
11. Following strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
What you need to succeed:
12. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
13. Ability to work in a chilled environment (PPE provided)
14. Good attention to detail and reliability
15. Previous food production experience is desirable, but not essential - full training provided
