Responsibilities:
* Supervising, managing and motivating Team Members on a daily basis to achieve the goals and maintain the standards set forth by the Redwood Mission Statement and Management
* Interacting with customers and addressing any questions or concerns within your scope of knowledge and ability
* Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
* Oversee daily operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Assist with providing proper training of new hires
* Key holder responsibilities
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a leadership role
* Passion for BBQ and exceptional customer service
* Ability to work weekends and 8-9 hour shifts
