Salary: £85,000 + Bonus

This role oversees operations across hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, and guest services. The General Manager plays a key role in embedding a culture of quality, value, and service excellence while ensuring brand consistency and financial performance.

* Champion quality, value, and consistency in service delivery
* Build an engaged and motivated team through development, reward, and recognition
* Drive guest satisfaction scores, audit performance, and team engagement
* Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and brand awareness
* Lead recruitment, development, and succession planning for all departments
* Use KPIs to identify underperformance and implement improvement plans
