Location: Office based (Bovingdon, Herts)
Job Type: Part-time 20 hours over 5 days/week (with potential to grow)
Salary: £13 per hour

As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & CRM Administrator to help us manage our online presence, keep our CRM (HubSpot) running smoothly, and support our marketing and engagement efforts.

Role Overview
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of digital communication, data organisation, and creative social media work. You’ll play a key role in helping INDICRO build and engage its online community, maintain strong records in HubSpot, and support general business admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management)
• Maintain and update contact records in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Create and manage email campaigns and automated workflows (e.g. onboarding, newsletters, follow-ups)
• Track and report engagement metrics (opens, clicks, responses) to guide communication strategy
• Segment contact lists for tailored outreach to life science companies, experts, and service providers
• Support lead management and assist with reporting on CRM activity and campaign outcomes
Social Media & LinkedIn Engagement
• Schedule, post, and monitor content on INDICRO’s LinkedIn and other social channels
• Engage with relevant communities by liking, commenting, and sharing industry news and member content
• Grow INDICRO’s follower base through consistent, brand-aligned activity
• Support the promotion of platform members (e.g. freelancers, service providers) through spotlight posts and content shares

General Admin & Marketing Support
• Represent INDICRO at conferences and networking events
• Drafting INDICRO processes with team
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and updates for digital campaigns and events
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate posting schedules
• Support webinar/event logistics (set up, invitations, reminders, attendee lists, follow-up emails)
• Share webinar content (recordings and slides) with delegates in Articulate
• Help prepare reports and documents for internal and external communications
• Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
• Scheduling team and client meetings and drafting agendas and minutes
• Tracking and prioritisation of INDICRO actions with CEO
• General admin tasks (travel arrangements, ordering promotional materials and equipment)
• Respond to general email and platform enquiries professionally and promptly

Skills & Experience
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems (essential)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content management (essential)
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
• Comfortable with light graphic creation (e.g. Canva) or coordinating visuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point)
• Highly organised, agile, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or consultancy sectors is a bonus, but not essential
