Job: HR Systems Analyst Location: North Kent / Hybrid (2-3 days in office) Employment type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 DOE Great Bens Are you the go to person for your HR team for systems and data? Can you automate processes and improve functionality through your HRIS and data? A sector-leading, customer-focused organisation is looking for a HR Systems Analyst to take ownership of its HR systems and reporting capability. This is a hybrid opportunity within a really supportive, forward-thinking People Services team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and improving processes across the employee lifecycle. Our Client is at the start of implementing a new HRIS, which you will play an integral part in, reporting into a People Partner.
