About The Role Responsible for the operational delivery of Catering, Cleaning, Security and associated services Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively Manage the onsite client and Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA/KPI standards, acting as Sodexo primary representative on site Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently Ensure that Sodexo accountancy, documentation and administration procedures are delivered to the required contractual specifications Recruit, induct, motivate, manage, train and develop all employees following Sodexo HR policy and guidelines Ensure client and customer monthly billing and invoicing is carried out correctly Oversee operations, including catering, cleaning, security and associated services What we're looking for: Proven experience in business or catering management, withstrong leadership skills. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities. Strong ITskills, including familiarity with systems like SAP and spreadsheets. Commitment tofostering a safety-focused work environment. Positiveattitude, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptionalcustomer service. SIA licence Desirable Familiaritywith Sodexo policies and procedures.
