Teaching Assistant - Cranleigh
We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Cranleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Supervise pupils during break times and school activities
* Promote a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
* Previous experience working with children (school-based desirable)
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
