The role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the University, supporting and working closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education and Students) and Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) teams.
What will you be doing?
Working as part of a small team, you will be supporting Pro Vice-Chancellor Education and Students Pro Vice-Chancellor Research and Innovation teams to work effectively and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing shared mailboxes and complex diaries, booking travel, accommodation, meeting rooms and venues, maintaining SharePoint sites, organising meeting papers and performing standard tasks on University systems.
