Customer Contact Administrator – Electrical
Salary: £22,000–£28,000 (DOE) | Location: Banstead SM7 | Full-time, Permanent
NRT Building Services Group is looking for a proactive Customer Contact Administrator to support our Electrical team. You’ll handle calls and emails with residents, arranging and confirming appointments for electrical testing and maintenance within social housing.
Key Duties:

Inbound/outbound resident calls

Booking and confirming appointments
*
Managing emails
*
Mail merge letters
*
Updating spreadsheets

Strong communication and time management

Confident using Outlook, Word & Excel
