Overview
The Home First Service comprises Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Community Mental Health Nurses and Rehabilitation Assistants. The service covers the Inpatient rehabilitation wards, Urgent community response, Virtual ward service, Unplanned Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Enhanced Care Home Team and Reablement.
The Rehabilitation Assistant will support the qualified professionals and contribute to the assessment, implementation and delivery of care within the inpatient rehabilitation wards.
