A fast paced, rapid growing business with approx 700 heads currently with head office based in Leeds and sites across UK & Ireland.
Job Description
3. Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including:
4. Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employment
5. Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor's
6. Responsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvement
7. Manage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the business
8. Managing employee engagement survey and business communications
9. Managing HR projects
10. Manage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026
The Successful Applicant
11. Have previously worked in a HR Operations/Shared Services capacity
12. Have managed and developed a HR team
13. Have been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficiencies
14. Have owned and managed HRIS
15. CIPD Qualified - desirable
