The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer
* Lead fire engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional quality.
* Deliver on a wide range of
* Provide strategic advice to clients, design teams, and stakeholders on fire safety matters.
* Mentor and develop engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
* Take ownership of project delivery, budget management, and client satisfaction.
* Support business growth through client relationship building and proposal development.
The Principal Fire Engineer
* Degree-qualified in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Significant experience delivering fire safety strategies across diverse sectors.
* Chartered status (CEng / MIFireE) or working towards it.
* A proven leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, codes, and standards.
