Salary: £39,707 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join the dedicated in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service and support across social housing properties. The role covers Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet, and Enfield.
There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out a wide range of carpentry and maintenance tasks across residential social housing properties.
Fitting and repairing internal and external doors, including door frames and locks.
Completing splice repairs and general locksmith tasks.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining bathroom sub-floors, bath panels, and frameworks.
Undertaking kitchen repairs and refits, including units, worktops, and frameworks.
Performing other general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
Carrying out internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing.
Refitting and repairing locks and door hardware as needed.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, following safety regulations and company procedures.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (desirable)
Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)Benefits:
