Estate Agency Branch Administrator
£28,000 to £30,000 basic salary working Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm. Car driver essential with use of pool car in the office to assist with odd viewings. Applications will only be considered from candidates with current or previous experience working within the residential property sector as either a Secretary or Administrator in residential sales, lettings or property management.
Responsibilities
* Successfully manage a fast‑paced office environment with large inflow of client enquiries in person, over the phone and online.
* Provide high level of customer service consistently, maintaining professionalism and compliance.
* Perform sales administration duties: typing property particulars, confirming sales in writing, updating window cards, typing valuation reports, accounting tasks and other ad‑hoc duties.
* Assist the sales and lettings teams with applicant registration and supporting paperwork.
* Download pictures and floorplans, sort Energy Performance Certificates, ensure GDPR compliance, and keep up to date with evolving compliance matters.
* Carry out property viewings as and when required.
* Use MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiently.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both electronic and verbal.
* Experience in residential property sector – Secretary/Administrator in sales, lettings or property management.
* Car driving licence required.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
