Commercial Property Lawyer - Part Time
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/legal Executive to join their small team and offer support to the junior staff and work on a number of complex matters as a fee earner.
This role will suit someone who is looking to continue their legal career and reduce their hours, or maybe someone looking to return to the workplace.
The department has a good flow of work and there has been good cover in place with locum and the work is non-contagious matters to include:
* Business Acquisitions & Disposals
* Leasehold Land
* Property Development
* Finance & Security
* Infrastructure & Utilities
