This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota and is confident handling police station representation, advocacy, and criminal litigation.
The Role
* Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters.
* Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts.
* Undertake advocacy including bail applications, case management hearings & trials.
* Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota (including evenings/weekends).
