UK Digital Underwriting Assistant
Purpose
To provide high-quality, effective technical and administrative support to Underwriters within UK Digital, liaising with Underwriters and delivering prompt service using the company's systems and internal processes to meet brokers' and clients' needs.
Responsibilities
1. Administration Support
o Monitor eTrade inbox and distribute emails
o Maintain/update phone hunt group
o Assist underwriters with account queries
o Verify proof of bonus / CCE emails from brokers against risks
o Create and send CCE to brokers
o Process monthly Index linking figures
o Process ARAG reports
o Handle property cancellations
2. Claims
o Process daily claims reports from Davies (claims TPA)
o Upload claims daily to Acturis
o Manage upload failures
3. MID
o Upload reports via MDS
o Manage MID errors and warnings
o Respond to MID FPN disputes
4. ELTO
o Upload reports to ELD
o Follow up on ERN
5. Agency
o Set up and delete users on ePlace
o Process agency transfers on Acturis
o Update monthly agency reports
o Maintain broker overview report
6. Sanctions
o Upload weekly sanctions report
7. Perform any other tasks as directed by the E-Trade Manager
