FLT Driver – Cullompton – £14.57/hr + Bonuses
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Cullompton.
Pay & Benefits
Starting rate: £14.57 per hour
Monthly bonus available upon becoming a permanent team member – based on production performance
Additional pay uplift after successful completion of the probation period
Working Hours
Tuesday to Thursday - 07:00 to 17:30
Friday - 06:00 to 14:00
Saturday, Sunday and Monday OFF!
The Role
Operating FLT machinery safely and efficiently
Supporting production and warehouse operations
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
Previous experience in a similar role
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
