Thorn Baker Construction are seeking a motivated Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of high-quality residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up or further develop their career within a growing and forward-thinking construction company. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day running of residential construction sites Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors and trades Monitor site progress and help maintain build programmes Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times Carry out site inspections, snagging, and quality checks Help manage site documentation and reporting Maintain a clean, organised, and professional site What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a construction or site-based role (Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or similar) Strong understanding of residential construction processes Good organisational and communication skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team and take direction Essential: CSCS Card Knowledge of health & safety practices SMSTS or SSSTS First Aid qualification Experience on housing developments What’s on Offer Competitive salary package Clear progression to Site Manager level Ongoing training and development Opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects Supportive and growing company environment Apply Now If you’re interested in this please give Nia a call on or email
