Repairs Administrator
£25,750 per annum (£12,750 pro rata) - 6 month fixed-term contract
37.5 hours per week
Are you a highly motivated administrator with a can-do attitude, looking for a new and varied role? Are you highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload using your own initiative? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity available in our Responsive Repairs Team. You will provide high quality and efficient administration, acting as first point of contact for internal colleagues and external customers; contractors and key stakeholders.
If you have proven administration experience, excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then this is a fantastic opportunity. The successful candidate will be able:

Your main responsibilities will include:
Being the point of contact for telephone calls and emails for the repairs service, being proactive when assisting with contractor updates.
Carry out post inspection calls on works showing as complete and document finding in our system.
Collate required information for disrepair cases and present in a format it can be produced to the solicitors
Raising all works orders for the teams and scheduling all works through our internal database system.
Monitoring and implementing the completions of the emergencies to ensure attendance within SLA.
Ensuring the collection and easy retrieval of all relevant information relating to works orders, to enable the accurate calculation of the cost of work carried out.
Collecting information on work carried out at individual sites, updating information on to our system to enable accurate calculation of spend
About You:
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of people
You will have demonstrable experience of planning and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and support the wider team
You will be able to work to tight deadlines.
You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
You will be able to demonstrate strong numeracy and literacy skills with keen attention to detail
You will have office administration experience with a high level of understanding of IT, especially Microsoft 365
