You will be working with chefs, managers, and other catering assistants effectively to ensure a smooth delivery of service. * Managing a small team in our coffee shops
* Communicating with colleagues and giving direction to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
* Develop an understanding of the product range available
* Manage payments through our till system
* Experience working as a supervisor
* Experienced working with a barista style coffee machine
* Be able to do Health and Safety checks
* Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues
