Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care
Location: Slough; Salary up to £28,000 per annum; Full-time; Permanent; Flexible shifts: 8:00–16:00 / 9:00–17:00; Driving licence required.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate care schedules and rotas across approximately 800 hours per week
- Ensure efficient allocation of care staff to meet service user needs
- Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Liaise with care staff, service users, and families
- Assist with care planning and updates
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Support with onboarding and communication with new staff
- Respond to day‑to‑day operational challenges and changes
About You
- Previous experience in a care coordination or senior care role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing rotas and schedules
- Good understanding of domiciliary care services and CQC standards
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
