The Role: Parts Advisor
Job Ref No: PA.2025.20
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & alternate Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Selling parts to customers and achieving sales targets
* Maximising sales opportunities
* Processing orders via phone, email, and in person
* Picking and arranging parts systematically in the stockroom
* Pre-picking parts for the service workshop team
* Delivering parts to trade customers
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for the motor industry. The ideal candidate will:
* Be an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to customer service
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Have a valid, clean driving licence (for occasional parts deliveries)
